STORM – Action Alerts

STORM members receive text alerts whenever harmful legislation is introduced in the Iowa Legislature. These messages clearly identify the bill, explain its potential impact, and highlight which Republican lawmakers are sponsoring or supporting it.

By delivering concise, actionable information straight to their phones, STORM empowers members to stay informed and mobilize quickly in response to legislative threats. STORM members then take swift action by contacting the legislators responsible for the proposed bill.

Using phone calls and emails, they voice their concerns, share personal stories, and demand accountability. This rapid, coordinated outreach ensures that lawmakers hear directly from constituents before votes are cast — amplifying public pressure and making it harder for harmful legislation to pass unnoticed.

Please let STORM know if you have any questions or would like to get involved.
